Arig Ali Promoted to Head of M&A at Zaki Hashem, Attorneys at Law

We are thrilled to announce that Arig Ali has been promoted to Head of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) at Zaki Hashem, Attorneys at Law.

With over 23 years of legal experience in the UK and Egypt, Arig has been an integral part of our team since 2013. Her expertise covers the full spectrum of M&A transactions, including private equity acquisitions and cross-border deals. Furthermore, she led the design and teaching of legal modules for the Private Equity Diploma at the American University in Cairo, Egypt’s first program of its kind.

Consistently ranked by The Legal 500, IFLR1000, and Chambers and Partners, Arig was recently featured in The Legal 500’s Private Practice Powerlist for M&A in the African Region for 2024.
