Zaki Hashem advises Alstom on the development of the railway manufacturing complex in Borg El Arab

We are proud to have advised Alstom on the development of its 40-acre railway manufacturing complex in Borg El Arab, Alexandria - a state-of-the-art facility that will play a key role in strengthening Egypt’s transportation infrastructure through enhancing domestic manufacturing capabilities and creating skilled employment opportunities.

In coordination with Alstom’s Legal Department (Egypt Cluster) headed by Ms. Rana El Said, whose support was greatly appreciated, our team of lawyers advising Alstom was led by Yasser Hashem, Managing Partner, and included Shaaban Gaballah, Senior Partner, Sameh Kamal, Partner, Helal El HOSSARY, Partner and Head of Capital Markets & Corporate Procedures, along with our Senior Associates Khalid Al Melegi and Islam Diab.
