Zaki Hashem advises Auto Mobility in the production of Geely Vehicles in Egypt

This marks a significant milestone for our client Auto Mobility that had entered into a strategic partnership with Geely to assemble and distribute Geely vehicles in the Egyptian market.

As trusted legal advisors to Auto Mobility, Zaki Hashem, Attorneys at Law, played a pivotal role in this landmark project. We advised Auto Mobility at every stage of the agreement with Geely including the initial negotiations through the drafting and execution of the manufacturing agreement with Bavarian Auto Manufacturing Company. Additionally, our team of lawyers provided guidance on various agreements with local suppliers - agreements that were critical to the project’s success - as well as secured all required licenses to manufacture Geely vehicles in Egypt.

The inauguration ceremony, attended by Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly and other key government ministers and officials, celebrated the launch of this significant venture.
