Zaki Hashem advises Emaar Misr in its partnership with MIDAR to co-develop 500 feddans in MADA City

We are proud to have again had the pleasure of advising Emaar Misr for Development SAE, the largest real estate developer in the UAE and the region, on its strategic partnership with MIDAR for Investment and Real Estate Development SAE, Egypt's leading urban developer, for the co-development of a 500 feddan plot in MADA City – New Cairo. This monumental collaboration is aimed at establishing an integrated residential project with an investment amounting to approximately EGP 100 billion.

The project, an extension of Emaar’s landmark project “Mivida”, is set to be a transformative development in the area, blending modern living with world-class design.
