Zaki Hashem advises the banks in Egypt’s landmark USD 2 billion bond issuance

We are proud to have advised the banks acting as dealers and arrangers of Egypt’s bond issuance of USD 2 billion dual tranches with maturities of 5 and 8 years. In cooperation with Linklaters LLP London as the international counsel to the banks, we advised J.P. Morgan Securities, Citi, Goldman Sachs, Standard Chartered, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation – SMBC Group, and HSBC.

Since 2015, Zaki Hashem, Attorneys at Law, has been advising the dealers and arrangers on all bond issuances by the Ministry of Finance.
