On behalf of many clients operating in different industries, we submit notifications of mergers and acquisitions before the Egyptian Competition Authority (ECA) – and, in some cases, we challenged ECA’s orders before the Administrative Court.

The Firm is experienced in dealing with Egyptian authorities relevant to inspections and investigations including the Egyptian Customs Authority, health inspections, the Consumer Protection Agency – among others.

We advised a multitude of local and international clients in reviewing their commercial practice to ensure compliance with the law – including sale and distribution agreements, and others.
