Since 1953, we have been handling our clients’ real estate matters including acquiring and selling land plots, offices, private residences, etc.
We handled mega acquisitions and sale of real estate and we established and assisted lead real estate companies in acquiring land plots offered in public auctions.
We undertake due diligence investigations, review of contracts, transfer of ownerships, drafting lease agreements, license changes, and litigation. As related to lease financing, we work with banks on behalf of clients in drafting, negotiating and finalizing agreements.
We also advise a large number of embassies in Egypt in the purchase of new residencies and chanceries, and we act on recovering sequestrated and fraudulently acquired property.
