We advised Freeport Egyptian Sulphur Company in the first two sulphur mining concession agreements in Egypt in 1987 and advised Resolute Mining Limited and Centamin in Egypt’s first gold mining concession.
We draft, review and negotiate concession agreements (including service, sales, concession, farm-in/out, joint venture/operating agreements, etc.) all the way through exploration, mining, export, and related third party contracting. We also handle the termination of mining activities in concessions.
