Since its establishment, Zaki Hashem, Attorneys at Law, harbors the most prominent Litigation and Arbitration practice in Egypt and the MENA region and has earned recognition for bringing victories to its clients.
Most members of our Arbitration Department (past and present) have counseled/arbitrated landmark local and International commercial arbitrations. They also provided our clients with the legal assistance required for the recognition and enforcement of local and foreign arbitral awards inside Egypt.
As one of the largest Litigation Departments in Egypt and a high-profile trial team comprising some of the best litigators in Egypt, the number of lawsuits that are active, circulated and handled by the Firm on behalf of its clients until mid 2024 has reached 1800 cases (versus 2096 cases handled until mid-2023, i.e., 296 cases closed in the period falling between mid-2023 and mid-2024).
