Hossam Hafez, Partner, joined Zaki Hashem, Attorneys at Law, in 2016 after having practiced for more than seven years as Senior Associate at the Cairo office of a leading international law firm where he participated and led cross border transactions and represented many clients in negotiating major corporate transactions and settlement arrangements. He had also worked as Research Scholar and Teaching Assistant at NYU School of Law.

Hossam achieved the LL.B. from Ain-Shams University in 2006 (in collaboration with Université Jean-Moulin Lyon 3, France), the LL.M. in Business Law (M2) also from Université Jean-Moulin Lyon 3 in 2007 as a MIRA Scholar (scholarship offered by Région Rhône-Alpes, France), as well as the LL.M. in Corporation Law from NYU Law in 2016 as a Fulbright Scholar and L.L.M Dean’s Scholar. He also received an Advanced Professional Certificate in Law & Business (APCLB) from NYU Stern in September 2016 as a John L Vogelstein Scholar.
