she is member of the Egyptian Bar Association in 2008 and is fluent in Arabic and English. IFLR1000 ranked Soha as “Notable Practitioner” in the Capital Markets, Financial and Corporate practices in 2025. The Legal 500 had recommended her in the Banking and Finance practice in 2021.
Soha achieved the LL.B. from Cairo University’s Faculty of Law in 2007 and the LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from Indiana University, Indianapolis USA, in 2011.
