We have advised Aman for Consumer Finance on the EGP 665.5 million securitization issuance

We are pleased to announce the successful closure of a significant securitization issuance by Aman for Consumer Finance SAE, totaling 655.5 million Egyptian Pounds.

This transaction marks the third issuance by Aman Securitization Company SAE. The issuance was structured in three tranches, secured and collateralized by consumer finance loans originated by Aman for Consumer Finance SAE (the Originating Entity).
