ZH advises Basata Holding for Financial Payments in its restructuring

We are pleased to announce that we have advised Basata Holding for Financial Payments SAE (previously Ebtikar Holding SAE) in its restructuring through the swap of its shares from the current shareholders to Basata International Holding Ltd.
