ZH advises EBRD in the acquisition of a 95% stake in GlobalCorp-

Zaki Hashem & Partners (ZH&P) is pleased to announce that it has acted as the legal advisor to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in the acquisition of a 95% stake in GlobalCorp - for Financial Services, a non-banking financial services institution in Egypt. EBRD was one of three in a consortium of financial investors in this cross-border transaction alongside French financial fund manager, Amethis, and private equity firm SPE Capital.
