ZH advises Aman Holding on two bond issuances totalling up to EGP 3 billion

We are pleased to announce that Zaki Hashem, Attorneys at Law, is acting as the legal advisor to AMAN Holding in relation to two upcoming securitization bond issuances on behalf of its subsidiaries, Aman Consumer Finance and Aman Microfinance. The total value of these issuances is expected to range between 2.5 and 3 billion Egyptian pounds, with completion anticipated before the end of 2024.

CI Capital Holding acts as the financial advisor of the first issuance, while Al Ahly Pharos advises on the second issuance.
