ZH advises Amoon in the MTO to acquire Atlas

We are pleased to announce that we have advised Amoon for Real Estate and Touristic Development SAE in the mandatory tender offer to acquire up to 90% of Atlas for Investment and Food Industries SAE.

Our team of lawyers advising on the acquisition was headed by Helal El Hossary our Partner and Head of Capital Markets & Corporate Procedures. Legal drafting and follow-up work on the transaction was led by our Senior Associate Omar Fouda.
