ZH advises BEEAH Group on 10-year services agreement for the cleaning and waste collection for Sharm El Sheikh

ZH&P is pleased to announce that it has advised BEEAH Group for Integrated Solutions and Waste Recycling SAE on all aspects of the 10-year services agreement for cleaning and waste collection for the City of Sharm El Sheikh in South Sinai Governorate. The Project’s services agreement was signed yesterday, September 25th, 2022.

The Firm’s scope included drafting, negotiating and executing the services agreement signed between South Sinai Governorate and the Consortium led by Bee’ah. ZH&P also advised on the joint-venture and partnership arrangement between Bee’ah and its local partner Green Planet – in their capacity as members of the Consortium.

Our Partner Hossam T. Hafez led ZH&P’s team of lawyers that also included Mostafa Elbastawissy and Aya Attia, Senior Associates, and Youssef M. Hadidy, Associate.

This Project is part of the initiative to transform Sharm El Sheikh into a plastic free city. It also sets precedent for the 35 projects presented by Egypt during the proceedings of COP27 Egypt, the annual United Nations Climate Change Conference that will be held at Sharm El Sheikh early November 2022.
