ZH advises CFC in the industrial complex project for the production of fodder, chemicals, fertilizers in Qena

ZH&P is pleased to announce that it has advised CFC Group, the Emirati fertilizer company, on the industrial complex project for the production of fodder, chemicals, and fertilizers in Qena Governorate. Our Partner Helal El Hossary led the team of lawyers advising CFC Group.

This free zone Project is one of the first of five to be approved by the Industrial Partnership for Sustainable Economic Development which includes Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, and Bahrain.

The Project was established through USD 400 million of foreign direct investment and USD 100 million of paid-up capital. It will create 2,600 job opportunities and will ultimately increase food security as the Industrial Partnership aims to increase the amount of agricultural activity in Egypt.
