ZH advises on the first-ever issuance of Egypt’s Sovereign Sukuk

We are proud to have advised on the first-ever issuance of Egypt’s Sovereign Sukuk – the Deal that has recently won “The Debt and Equity Deal of the Year” during IFLR1000 Middle East Awards 2023.

In this issuance - and in cooperation with Linklaters LLP London as the English legal advisers - we advised the dealers and arrangers comprising Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank PJSC, Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Emirates NBD Bank PJSC, First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC, HSBC Bank plc, and HSBC Corporate Trustee Company (UK) Limited.
