ZH advises Premium Healthcare Group in acquiring laboratories and in restructuring the Group

We are pleased to announce that we have advised Premium Healthcare Group (previously City Lab) in its acquisition of  Town Lab, Almostakbal labs, Hassab Labs, Ezz Laboratories, Cairo Clinical Lab, and El Eyada Company.

We have also advised on the entailing restructuring of Premium Healthcare Group which now operates over 150 laboratories across Egypt – in addition to a large number of laboratories operated by the Group in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Jordan. With these acquisitions and restructuring, Premium Healthcare Group is now considered as one of the largest clinical lab operators in Egypt.
