ZH advises Delta Insurance on the MTO acquisition by Wafa Insurance

We are pleased to share that we have advised Delta Insurance in connection with the acquisition by Wafa Assurance of 97.86% of the share capital of Delta Insurance through a Mandatory Tender Offer (MTO).

The Transaction, valued at nearly EGP 5 billion, marks a significant milestone in Egypt’s insurance sector and the Egyptian Stock Market.
