ZH advises Aman for Consumer Finance on its EGP 928 million securitization issuance

We are pleased to share that we have advised Aman Consumer Finance SAE, a subsidiary of Aman Holding, part of the Raya Holding for Financial Investments group, on its latest EGP 928 million securitization issuance.

This transaction marks the first issuance by Aman Securitization Company SAE under its Second Multiple-Issuances Securitization Program. The issuance was structured into three tranches, varying in tenor and credit rating, and is secured by consumer finance loans originated by Aman for Consumer Finance SAE.
