  • ZH advises Aman for Consumer Finance on its EGP 867.5 million securitization issuance

We are pleased to announce the successful closing of a significant securitization issuance for Aman Consumer Finance SAE, a subsidiary of Aman Holding, with a total value of EGP 867.5 million.

This transaction represents the second issuance by Aman Securitization Company SAE under its Second Multiple-Issuances Securitization Program, forming part of a broader three-year multi-issuance program with an aggregate value of EGP 15 billion.

The issuance was structured into four tranches, varying in tenor and credit rating, and secured by a portfolio of consumer finance receivables originated by Aman Consumer Finance SAE.

Our team of lawyers was led by Helal El Hossary, Partner and Head of Capital Markets & Corporate Procedures, and included Mohamed Saeed, Counsel, and Farida Fayez, Associate. In parallel, Sara Abdel Gabbar, Partner, conducted a comprehensive review of the entire securitized portfolio as part of the transaction’s due diligence process, supported by a dedicated team that included Associates Mohamed Megahed, Youssef Bahgat, Laila El Zoheiry, and Hadeel Hany.

Congratulations to our valued client, Aman Consumer Finance SAE, on the successful completion of another landmark transaction. We also extend our appreciation to CI Capital Holding, as sole lead arranger and underwriter, and to Banque Misr, as custodian of the issuance, for their instrumental roles in bringing this transaction to a successful close.
