ZH advises GASI on distribution partnership with MAN Truck & Bus and MAN sales, service, and spare parts center

We are pleased to announce that we have advised Global Auto for Services and Import (GASI), a subsidiary of Global Auto Group, on its strategic partnership with MAN Truck & Bus SE, and appointment as official distributor of MAN in Egypt, marking a significant step in the expansion of the Global Auto's footprint in Egypt’s automotive and commercial transport sectors.

Our role covered the full spectrum of legal work supporting this strategic mandate, including structuring the transaction, preparing the trademark and contractual arrangements, and advising on land acquisition and regulatory approvals for establishing a MAN SSS (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) center.

The transaction was led by Hossam Hafez, Partner, alongside Mostafa Elbastawissy, Counsel, and Zeina Fawzy, Associate. Our Senior Partner Shaaban Gaballah and Yassmin Tabanzada, Senior Associate, advised on all property and real estate related matters.
