ZH delivers legal TMT insights to Huawei’s North Africa legal team

It is our pleasure to announce that Zaki Hashem, Attorneys at Law, was called upon to participate in the Legal Seminar hosted by Huawei today in the presence of Mr. Bake Zhang, President of the Legal Affairs Department of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., as well as the in-house lawyers from Huawei legal departments across North Africa.

Our TMT team - led by Dina Kamel, Partner, assisted by Mahmoud Youssef, Counsel, and Kareem Hashem, Junior Associate - presented local legislation insights into three of our areas of expertise, namely, the Cybercrimes Law, the Data Protection Law, and the Regulatory Frameworks for Data Centers and Cloud Services. An enriching discussion ensued along with an exchange of knowledge from across the region.
