We are thrilled to announce that we have advised Electrolux Group on a major restructuring of its business operations in Egypt.

This restructuring aligns with the Group’s earlier announcements regarding the potential divestment of its Egypt business line. Electrolux Group has recently decided to retain its operations in Egypt, recognizing the growing market value of its brands - particularly Zanussi, which remains a key part of the Group’s portfolio in the Middle East and Africa.
