We are pleased to share that Ali Alghanim and Sons Automotive Company, a market leader in Kuwait’s automotive sector, has successfully acquired a stake in Global Auto Group, one of Egypt’s leading vehicle importers and manufacturers.

Zaki Hashem, Attorneys at Law, had the privilege of acting as legal counsel for this strategic transaction. Our role encompassed drafting the transaction documents, providing end-to-end legal counsel, and supporting the approval process with both the EGX and the FRA.
