We are pleased to announce that ZH is advising Fortescue Future Industries (FFI) in the green hydrogen project that could generate up to 7,600MW of renewable energy in Egypt.
Together with Linklaters (as international counsel), ZH advised FFI on the Framework Agreement signed - during COP27 - with the New and Renewable Energy Authority, the General Authority for Suez Canal Economic Zone, Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company, and the Infrastructure and Utilities Subfund of The Sovereign Fund of Egypt.
We are proud to be supporting Fortescue Future Industries, the Australian global green energy giant, in this landmark initiative that will reshape the map of green energy in Egypt and we are looking forward to continue lending our legal assistance to FFI until full implementation of the Project.
Yasser Hashem, Managing Partner, and Heba El Naggar, Partner, are leading the team of ZH’s lawyers advising FFI.
