Our team of lawyers led by our Partner Sameh Kamal extended legal support to EMAK Marsa Alam in this project starting from the tendering process all the way through execution - covering all contracting arrangements. Back in 1998, EMAK Marsa Allam was granted the concession for the establishment, operation, exploitation, and hand-back of Marsa Alam International Airport under the BOT regime. This strategic project comes within the context of the unwavering attention that the Government of Egypt duly pays to promote the participation of the private sector in the operation, maintenance and upgrade of private international airports as well as state-owned airports.
