Acting as sole legal counsel for B Investments Holding S.A.E.

We are pleased to announce that we have acted as sole legal counsel for B Investments Holding S.A.E. (“B Investments”) in relation to the investment of the Sovereign Fund of Egypt (“TSFE”), through its healthcare and pharmaceutical sub-fund, in B Healthcare Investments S.A.E. (“BHI”), an Egyptian subsidiary of B Investments working in the specialized healthcare services with initial focus in fertility and mother-and-child services. BHI currently owns 51% of the Egyptian IVF Center, the pioneer in in-vitro fertilization (“IVF”) in Egypt and the MENA region. TSFE commits to invest an amount of EGP 100,000,000 (one hundred million Egyptian pounds) in BHI; and B Investments commits to invest an amount of EGP 200,000,000 (two hundred million Egyptian pounds).
