ZH&P advises All for One Group SE in the acquisition of a majority stake in POET Egypt LLC

Zaki Hashem & Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as local counsel to “All for One Group SE”, a leading German consulting and IT company, in its indirect acquisition of a majority stake in “POET Egypt LLC” through the acquisition of its holding company “POET GmbH”, a German customer experience (CX) specialist. ZH&P was in charge of providing legal advice in relation to the transaction, conducting a due diligence over the Egyptian subsidiary and providing input to the Sale Purchase Agreement. Mr. Hossam Hafez, M&A Partner, was the lead attorney throughout the transaction with a team comprised of Ms. Nour Ossama, Mr. Ahmed ElMolla, Mr. Khalid Al-Melegi, and Mr. Youssef ElHadidy.
