ZH Advises Vodafone Egypt in Largest 2022 M&A Transaction

We are proud to announce that ZH acted as the lead counsel to Vodafone Egypt in the transfer of 55% of its shares from the Vodafone Group to Vodacom Group Limited in what is considered the largest M&A transaction in Egypt in 2022.
